  1. PAID FAMILY LEAVE 
    • Use When
      • Unable to work because you are caring for an ill or quarantined family member
    • General Eligibility
      • Full or partial lost wages due to care for sick family member/ bonding with new child
        • Employed or actively looking for work at the time leave begins
        • Unable to do regular or customary work 
        • Minimum past earnings requirement
      • Submit claim no later than 41 days after leave begins  
      • *Citizenship and immigration status do not affect eligibility
    • COVID Eligibility
      • “Caring for an ill or quarantined family member with COVID-19”
      • Diagnosis must be certified by a medical professional
    • Benefit Details
      • Up to six weeks of benefit payments to eligible workers
      • Approximately 60-70 percent of wages (depending on income);
      • Ranges from $50 to $1,300 a week for up to 6 weeks.
